Principle

This website collects as little personal data as possible. Data is neither sold nor passed on for advertising purposes.

Contact form

When you use the form, your name, e-mail address, optionally your organisation, the selected line and your message are transmitted. This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to initiate a collaboration. The legal basis is your consent as well as the legitimate interest in replying. The submission is sent as an e-mail through the delivery service Resend to ben@askben.ch; no database of form enquiries is kept. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed, at the latest two years after the last contact, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Hosting and server data

The website is hosted with a service provider in Switzerland or the EU. When the site is accessed, technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type are processed to ensure operation and security. This data is not merged with other sources.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Technically necessary cookies may be required for operation.

Your rights

You have the right to information, rectification, deletion and restriction of the processing of your personal data, as well as to data portability. An e-mail to ben@askben.ch is sufficient.

Applicable law

The Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG) applies. For persons in the EU, the provisions of the GDPR apply in addition.
