ASK BEN — Knowledge in Motion

Capabilities, not dependencies.

ASK BEN builds examinations, programmes and the competence to run them, and keeps them moving: across four languages, and ahead of a field that changes weekly.

Where organisations and people usually start

Four ways in

Examination expertise

You need an examination that holds up.

A federal certificate, an internal qualification, a standard someone will one day contest. It has to measure what the job actually requires, be equally hard for every candidate, and be defensible when a result is challenged.

Course leadership and build-up

You need a programme, not a workshop.

A CAS, a certificate track, a curriculum that outlives the person who wrote it and works in more than one language region.

AI consulting

Your people use AI, and nobody owns it.

Tools everywhere, no standard, no idea what good looks like. The work is deciding what your people must be able to do, then getting them there.

Coaching and courses

You are building your own competence.

Preparing for a federal certificate, starting something of your own, or making sure your skills are still worth something in three years.

How it works

One network, six lines

Six areas that run permanently. Partners as stations along them. Interchanges where a partner sits on two lines at once, which is where the value usually appears: an examination that matches the course it certifies, a programme that survives the region it moves into.

The name

Knowledge in motion

Not decoration. The two things that make this network worth hiring.

It moves across the country.

Switzerland does not think in one language, and a programme built in Zurich usually dies on the way to Lausanne. Mine do not, because they are designed in four languages from the start and led in each region by the same person. Teaching in Lucerne, Lausanne and Lugano. Coaching in Lucerne and Fribourg. DigitalCoffee in Lugano, Zug, Zurich, Basel, Bern and Lausanne.

One standard, not three regional versions that quietly drift apart.

It moves through time.

In these fields what was true last week is not always true this week. Standing still is not neutral, it is falling behind. Staying current is part of the work, not something that happens when there is time.

An examination or a curriculum still defensible in three years, and a structure for keeping it that way.

How an engagement starts

01

Tell me what you are building

A few lines in the form. Which line it concerns, and by when you need it.

02

A written answer in two working days

What I would do, whether I am the right person, and roughly what it would take. If someone else fits better, I will say so.

03

A written scope before any commitment

Objective, deliverables, days, rate. You decide on paper.
